Pamela Norden, MD, MBA
A board certified dermatologist, Dr. Norden provides the full spectrum of dermatologic care, including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services. She is one of a few Massachusetts dermatologists with expertise in detailed patch testing for allergic dermatitis, a common cause of persistent skin rashes. She also has special interests in the treatment of psoriasis with new biological agents and use of the Pixel® laser for fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, and acne scarring. Before joining Krauss Dermatology, Dr. Norden was an attending physician at Tufts Medical Center and the Boston VA Healthcare System.
Dr. Norden completed her residency training at the Boston Medical Center/Tufts-New England Medical Center Dermatology Training Program after she completed an internal medicine internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She received her M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine, where she was named a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Norden also earned an M.B.A. in Health Management through a combined program with Tufts University School of Medicine, Northeastern University College of Business Administration, and Brandeis University Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
Dr. Norden has a long-standing interest in medical student and resident education, a field in which she has received multiple grants and awards. She maintains an academic appointment at the Tufts University School of Medicine where she serves as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and the Course Director for the medical student curriculum in dermatology. Recently, Dr. Norden was selected as one of a handful of dermatologists to participate in the American Academy of Dermatology Leadership Forum, a program designed to develop the nation’s next generation of dermatology leaders.
